Psalm 52

Balian Armenian Ceramics of JerusalemHello all– The years we lived in southern Spain, our pueblo was surrounded by hills of winter wheat and then sunflowers in the spring– and olive groves, miles of olives groves.  I loved those noble trees. They seemed ancient with their twisting trunks and grayish green foliage.  And they reminded me of Psalm 52.

“But I am like an olive tree flourishing in the house of God;
I trust in God’s unfailing love for ever and ever.
I will praise you forever for what you have done;
in your name I will hope, for you name is good.”  —
Psalm 52:8 & 9

I do trust in God’s unfailing love…  Thankful.
