Psalm 25

12091246_10153667604319347_8360745933268513261_oHi Friends– It’s the third day of November and when I passed by the back windows this morning, I found the backyard newly carpeted with leaves from our maple trees.  I love this fall-ish season of turtlenecks and soup pots and the leaves so artfully scattered around.  I am thankful and my heart is hopeful.

“Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths;
guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.”    –Psalm 25:4-5

P.S. — The photo above is stolen (thanks Paul) from our buddy Paul’s Facebook pics of their recent trip to the Berkshires.  It looks nothing like my back yard!!
P.P.S — Happy Birthday dear Micah!!

    • Hahaha! no we basically live in an irrigated desert– suburban socal has lots of palm trees and asphalt — that’s why I love my little yard with the ivy and maple trees. But I would love love to take a road trip north to Seattle where it rains and things are beautifully lush and green! –an bright with fall colors right now.
